Product Description

Prefabricated stainless steel chimneys are primarily used for flue gas emissions from various boilers, generators, water heaters, incinerators, and direct-fired air-conditioning units. They are manufactured strictly in accordance with the national standard GB50051-2002, "Code for Design of Chimneys," ensuring stable and reliable quality as well as versatile applications. Not only are these chimneys lighter in weight than traditional chimneys, but they also offer greater cost savings compared to conventional models. Since entering the market, stainless steel chimneys have been highly favored by both design institutes and construction companies.

The product features a modular, split-type structure that can be fabricated into any desired orientation according to design and construction requirements. Before leaving the factory, the inner and outer cylinders as well as the insulation material for each chimney component are assembled into a single unit. During on-site installation, all that’s required is to tighten the clamps—no on-site welding is needed, making installation convenient and quick.
