Product Description

Phenolic foam boards are laminated with aluminum foil to form sandwich panels, which are then fitted with specialized flange accessories to create phenolic composite ducts for central air-conditioning ventilation systems. The inner and outer surfaces of these phenolic composite duct panels are coated with aluminum foil, while the middle layer consists of phenolic foam material. As a result, the overall performance of these ducts has been significantly improved—particularly in terms of mechanical properties such as flexural strength, compressive resistance, brittleness, and processability—thus essentially meeting the requirements for air-conditioning and ventilation duct applications.
