Product Description

The product features a three-layer composite structure: two outer and inner layers made of high-strength inorganic materials, with an insulating layer sandwiched in between. The glass-magnesium composite ductboard boasts a smooth, even surface and a leakage rate that is only 5% of that of conventional ducts, significantly enhancing air delivery efficiency. During the production, fabrication, installation, and use of this product, the glass-magnesium composite duct does not emit any environmentally harmful substances. It is rust-proof, mold-resistant, and dust-free—free from the dust and fibers typical of fiberglass ducts, as well as odorless. With a low thermal conductivity, it offers exceptional thermal insulation performance and exhibits excellent soundproofing and sound-absorbing properties. Unlike metal ducts, it produces no noise when contracting or expanding. Moreover, it is non-combustible, resistant to bending and compression, has a low water absorption rate, minimal thermal expansion, and shows no deformation due to moisture absorption. Its service life can last up to 20 years. By improving the energy-saving, fire-retardant, and environmentally friendly performance parameters of the inorganic composite materials, we have achieved an upgrade in the overall performance of these inorganic composite ducts.
