Circular jet silencer outlet

The jet silencer nozzle primarily consists of a housing and a silencing component composed of multiple jet elements arranged at specific intervals. The key technological innovation lies in the jet elements themselves, which leverage the principles of total reflection angle noise reduction, micro-perforated acoustic resistance, 90° phase-delay frequency, and dipole silencing. As a result, this type of nozzle exhibits remarkable sound attenuation performance.

Product Description

The jet silencer nozzle primarily consists of a housing and a silencing component made up of multiple jet elements arranged at specific intervals. Moreover, under the influence of residual pressure, the jet elements can convert 95% of the static pressure into dynamic pressure as air flows through them, significantly increasing the jet velocity. At the same time, the internal resistance within the nozzles also increases exponentially, thereby balancing the jet velocities among the individual elements. Consequently, uniform air distribution can be achieved without the need for regulating valves, leading to reduced costs for air-conditioning systems.
