Product Description

The airflow direction adjustment of a single-layer louver diffuser is one-dimensional—either horizontally left or right, or vertically up or down. However, the airflow direction adjustment of a double-layer louver diffuser is two-dimensional, allowing for adjustments in both horizontal and vertical directions. These diffusers are typically installed on ducts or side walls as side-supply air outlets. A double-layer louver diffuser features two layers of adjustable, movable blades: the shorter blades are used to regulate the diffusion angle of the supply airflow and can also be adjusted to change the airflow direction; while the longer blades can be adjusted to make the supply airflow adhere closely to the ceiling or to direct it downward at a certain angle (especially when supplying warm air). The outer blades of a double-layer louver diffuser—or the blades of a single-layer louver diffuser—can be oriented either parallel to the long side or parallel to the short side, depending on the customer’s requirements.
