The sheet metal is stamped to form four horizontally arranged units, which are integrally connected via pre-formed flanges at the top and bottom. Each unit consists of a rectangular valve wall and trapezoidal flange edges at the top and bottom. The flange edges are of equal height, with the lower base angles measuring 45 degrees. Units that are spaced apart form a pair, each having identical shapes. In one pair, the valve wall has its width defined by the upper edge of the flange, with snap tabs reserved on both sides; corresponding snap holes are provided on the adjacent valve wall. In the other pair, the valve wall’s width is determined by the lower edge of the flange, with snap tabs reserved at the four corners; corresponding snap holes are provided on the adjacent folded edge.
