Installed on the supply and return air ducts of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, this valve normally remains open. In the event of a fire, when the gas temperature inside the duct reaches 70°C, the fusible link melts, causing the valve to automatically close under the action of a torsion spring. For a specified period, the valve can meet the requirements for fire resistance stability and fire integrity, thereby effectively preventing smoke spread and blocking flames. When the valve closes, it outputs a closing signal.
