Product Description

Working principle: The collection-type fume purification unit operates under negative pressure in the indoor unit. As the collected fumes and oil mist are circulated through the liquid medium, they are conveyed via pipelines and, under the action of the medium, reach the outdoor unit. After separation of gas and water, the purified gas meeting emission standards is discharged, along with a small amount of residual moisture. Throughout the entire process, the medium interacts with the fumes and oil mist, generating byproducts that serve as industrial raw materials.

Structure and Function:

Indoor unit: Its function is to absorb cooking fumes during the circulation of the oil-fume medium liquid; the chamber maintains a negative pressure state.

Conveying pipeline: Its function is to serve as a passage through which the oil fumes and medium mix and undergo reaction.

Outdoor unit: Its functions include separating liquid and gas, discharging gases that meet emission standards, and collecting the generated products.
