During the design and manufacturing process, lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy cast airfoil-shaped twisted blades are carefully selected. After undergoing special anti-corrosion treatment, these blades exhibit exceptional strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and minimal fiber adhesion to the blade surface, thereby fully meeting the requirements of textile environments. During operation, the fan features a small dead-zone area and an optimal aerodynamic layout.
